All prices on this website are in US dollars. Prices and all other information, including but not limited to product features and product packages, are subject to change without notice. All prices are FOB our factory. All sales are limited to stock on hand, and may be subject to price changes and limited availability. All orders are subject to confirmation by Ridgenet Network Group and may be cancelled or revised based on prevailing situations. All applicable taxes or duties shall be paid by the purchaser. The purchaser is solely responsible for providing valid resale certificates, if applicable. All export sales must conform to all US export laws, and individuals and companies debarred from participating in US exports are specifically prohibited from placing orders with Ridgenet Network Group.

Quotes, Sales Orders

Ridgenet Network Group requires a 50% deposit of the total invoice amount upon signature, and full amount paid upon delivery of goods/services. All products/services are non-refundable. Limited Warranty applies on hardware purchases, and shall be issued a warranty certificate, warranty terms can be found on the warranty certificate. Ridgenet Network Group is not responsible for items not quoted, quoted incorrectly, not to spec items, nor responsible for shipping timeframes on products. Upon installing products or performing services and other parts are needed that are not invoiced/quoted, Ridgenet Network Group shall quote those products/services to the customer for approval to complete the job. Ridgenet Network Group is only responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting products/services on this invoice. Customer holds Ridgenet Network Group harmless of damages caused by products/services on this invoice, if any. Any work requested by the customer after signing this invoice, or while Ridgenet Network Group is onsite during installation of products/services, will require a change order or additional estimate for products/services. If this invoice is to add time to a preexisting MSP Agreement, this invoice shall be bound by the original MSP Agreement Terms & Conditions. For credit card transactions, a 4% fee will be added to total amount.

Ridgenet Network Group collects personal information when you place an order through on-dutydepot.com. Your information is only collected to process and fill your orders. If an email address is supplied, we will only use this address to send you email notifications regarding your order. We take your privacy seriously and are committed to the security of your data.

Shipping Policy

The title of the purchased Products passes to you when the Product is shipped. You acknowledge that shipment or delivery dates may not be available when your order is placed, including, but not limited to, orders for Products with extended lead time. While we work hard to ship out orders as soon as possible, there may be certain circumstances that delay your order, such as low Product availability. If any shipment or delivery dates are provided to you, you agree that all shipment or delivery dates are estimates only and agree that in no event will we be liable for any loss, damage or penalty resulting from any delay in shipment or delivery.

Ridgenet Network Group may make partial shipments of your order, to be separately invoiced and paid for when due. Any delay in delivery of any instalment will not relieve you of your obligation to accept the remaining deliveries. Ridgenet Network Group shall not be liable for any failure to ship complete orders or for any shipment delay.

Insurance Policy

Ridgenet Network Group is not responsible for damages caused by acts of God or theft/vandalism to vehicles/property left on Ridgenet Network Group’s properties and or facilities. Ridgenet Network Group has a policy in effect to cover damages caused by Ridgenet Network Group.
