    My VoIP Phone Is Not Working. What Do I Do?

    1. Check your internet connection.
    2. Check your LAN cable that it is secure to the port on the phone labeled LAN
    3. If you have internet and the LAN cable is secure, reboot your 3CX Appliance.
    4. After a reboot of your 3CX Appliance, please reboot your phone.
    5. If You Still Have Issues, Please Call Our NOC For Further Assistance.
