1. My Internet is out. What do I do?

1. Unplug power to your router.
2. Let it sit unplugged for 30 seconds.
3. Plug the router back up.
4. Check that the POE Port of the black modem box is going to the dish outside and is firmly plugged in.
5. Check that the LAN Port on the black modem box is plugged into the internet port of your router.
6. If you still have issues, please call our NOC for further assistance.

2. My Phone is not working. What do I do?

1. Unplug power to your Linksys ATA Modem.
2. Let it sit unplugged for 30 seconds.
3. Plug the modem back up.
4. Check that the LAN Port on the Linksys ATA modem is plugged into one of the 4 ports of your router.
5. If you still have issues, please call our NOC for further assistance.

3. How can I buy Services?

4. I cant remember my Account Login

to reset your account login, go to http://portal.ridgenet.us . Your Username is the account number listed on you're bill. Click the reset password button, then check your email for the password reset email.
